COVID-19 Response

Last Updated: June 18th

First and foremost, our thoughts are with every single family and business worldwide who has been impacted by the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. The effect on lives and livelihoods has been unprecedented and unmeasurable. We urge everyone to do their part to stop the spread of the virus and to support your loved ones during this difficult time.

Our production and fulfillment facilities are now returning back to normal operations. Although we are operating at close to regular capacity, it will be a few weeks until we can catch up with production and fulfillment that was not possible during the first two months of the pandemic and stay at home order in Illinois. At this time, it may take 10-14 days in order for your package to be shipped out. We appreciate your patience and we are doing everything we can to get your orders out!

Please understand that both shipping carriers that we use have notified us of severe delays on their end. International orders could take 2-3 weeks longer than listed at checkout. Delivery times quoted at checkout are currently NOT guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered because of delayed delivery dates.

Also due to the delays and increased online shopping volume, our customer service response time to emails can be several days. We appreciate your patience and will get back to you as soon as possible.

For any other questions, please reach out to Before emailing for tracking, please check your spam as all shipments come with an auto-email with tracking details. Also check to see if the product you ordered is listed as "pre-order" in your order confirmation receipt and on the product page. Pre-orders can take 2-12 weeks for shipping and delivery depending on the campaign.

We really appreciate your support of our stores and our friends. Your loyalty and purchases are not only keeping their livelihoods alive, but they are helping us here at Second City Prints get through the toughest of times. Without live events, many of our clients have lost opportunities for career growth as well as revenue to support their families. Merch companies like ours have been impacted severely and we are doing our best to adapt and support our employees and clients as well as service your online orders and customer service inquiries.

Lastly, please take care of yourselves. Keep your head high and remember that you are strong and amazing, and the world is an incredible place with loving and supportive people. If you are struggling and need help, reach out to someone. No one can endure times like this without a support system and it’s okay to ask for help. Cling to loved ones and explore new music and new creators and use this time to expand your mind by learning new things.

Thank you and stay safe,

Stevie Hopkins
