First and foremost, our thoughts are with every single family and business worldwide who has been impacted by the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus. The effect on lives and livelihoods has been unprecedented and unmeasurable. We urge everyone to do their part to stop the spread of the virus and to support your loved ones during this difficult time.
Our shipping and production facilities are in Illinois and California and due to state enacted executive orders to stay at home and close business operations, our ability to produce and ship merchandise has been severely affected. We are still shipping out your online orders daily but we must follow strict social distancing protocols and that will significantly slow down our operations for a few weeks. The health and safety of our employees and their families is our number one priority. Our strategy is to first ship oldest orders that were already delayed from production or distribution issues caused by COVID-19 shutdowns worldwide earlier in 2020, as well as our record releases that we manage.
Please understand that both shipping carriers that we use have notified us of severe delays on their end. International orders could take 2-3 weeks longer than listed at checkout. Delivery times quoted at checkout are currently NOT guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered because of delayed delivery dates.

If you would like to cancel and receive a full refund due to these delays, we understand and will process it after you send in the request. Please include your order number and the store name in your email request and allow 1-2 business days for response. If you choose Priority mail or another expedited shipping method at checkout, we are not issuing shipping refunds for delayed shipping. You will have to cancel your order and repurchase it with a less expensive shipping method. Before emailing for tracking, please check your spam as all shipments come with an auto-email with tracking details.

Your loyalty and purchases are not only keeping their livelihoods alive, but they are helping us here at Second City Prints get through the toughest of times. Without live events, many of our clients have lost opportunities for career growth as well as revenue to support their families. Merch companies like ours have been impacted severely and we are doing our best to adapt and support our employees and clients as well as service your online orders and customer service inquiries.
Lastly, please take care of yourselves. Keep your head high and remember that you are strong and amazing, and the world is an incredible place with loving and supportive people.
